Eggs, Fish, Natural Dairy– less than 5%
  • 1 boiled egg or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon EV olive oil
Veggies — 30-70%
  • 2 cups Baby spinach, fresh – INCLUDED IN HALF/FULL BOXES
  • 1/2 cup English OR pickling cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, snipped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped INCLUDED in boxes

Fruits — 10-40%

  • apple or pear, slices
Condiments — less than 5%
  • Honey Mustard, Hummus, Avocado GUAC Spread or your favorite
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Grains — less than 20%

  • 1 slice whole grain bread, per serving


Spread HUMMUS, GUAC or honey mustard on whole gain bread slice. Add any low-fat cheese or egg slices. Layer veggies and optional fruits, starting with lettuce on bottom; stacking on top of each other, ending with seasonings. Drizzle EV OLIVE OIL on veggies.
