Recipe Immunity-Boosting Soup


1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
3 cups bone broth (chicken)


1/2 onion (finely diced)

2 large carrots (peeled and chopped)
1 head kale (chop

1 bell pepper (large, peeled and chopped)

3 stalks celery (chopped)
Immunity Boosting Seasoning Base
2 teaspoons fresh or dried thyme
1 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
black pepper, cracked
1 tablespoon avocado oil

2/3 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
Fire Cider Tonic
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teas lemon juice

1 teas raw apple cider vinegar
1/4 teas cayenne pepper sauce

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
